Whit's Wedding Album

This past weekend was a "scrapbooking weekend" for me. A friend of mine and I got together at our church and scrapped from noon on Friday to around 5pm on Saturday....granted I slept for about 4-5 of those hours, but I was able to get a LOT accomplished :o)
These are the newest additions for my sister's wedding album. The cardstock is all Bazzill (I have come to the realization that I am somewhat of a 'cardstock snob' ~ I really like Bazzill so that is about all I use). The transparency on the Love lay-out is from Fancy Pants (another one of my favorite companies). The doodles are from the Chatterbox Doodling Genies, brads and ribbon are just misc. ones I have ~ the flowers are Prima Flowers and the Family rub-on is from Imaginesce.

More for Nana's album

I've come to the realization that the 1970s and early 1980s weren't too kind for people.....I had the hardest time scrapping these two pictures....look at the colors I had to work with! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I was really wishing I would've printed them off in black and white....guess hindsight is 20/20 :o)

Cardstock is Bazzill, patterned paper is Basic Gray, rub-ons are Making Memories and the ribbon is just some misc. ribbon I had in my stash of ribbons :o) Brads are from SEI.

Scrapping Away

My sister got married on December 20th, so for part of her wedding present, I am scrapbooking her wedding.
So, to get started, I thought I'd begin with some candid pictures and slowly make my way up to the professional pictures :o)
On the left is my sister with two of my boys ~ that lay-out contains: Bazzill cardstock, MAMBI rhinestone bling, stickles, Autumn Leaves Stamp, Prima large flower and doodles from a Chatterbox doodling genie.
The lay-out on the right is my sister and her friend Katie. That lay-out contains: 3 Bugs in a Rug patterned paper, Bazzill cardstock, Queen & Co. swirly scroll self-stick felt and rub-ons by Memory Makers.
Hopefully there will be many more lay-outs to come! I just realized that I hadn't scrapped since probably the end of October or beginning of November! EEEK! I NEED to get scrapping!!!
