Here is a card made using Suzette Ketto (from Stamping Bella). The patterned paper is Basic Grey ~ Gypsy and Bazzill cardstock. Suzette has been colored with Copic markers (E00, RV02 and BG15) and paper pieced with Basic Grey Gypsy paper. The ribbon is from MIss Elizabeth and if you look closely you might be able to see some "bling" on her flowers ~ the aqua rhinestone is from KaiserCrafts and the sparkles on the flowers in her hair are Stardust Stickles. The sentiment is a Basic Grey stamp.

This card was made using Charlotte Ketto (Stamping Bella) and the Lime Rickey collection from Basic Grey (LOVE that line!!). Charlotte has been paper pieced (using Lime Rickey paper) and colored with Copics (E00, Y11, YR07, YG09 E37). The "bling" is a MAMBI birthstone flower, ribbon is misc. ribbon I had laying around, Bazzill "just the edge" was used, Stardust stickles are in her hair and the sentiment is from Stamping Bella.

Happy 2 Scrap

Mary Ellen pointed me in the direction of this blog ~ Happy 2 Scrap. And on there I found this sketch....and since I LOVE finding new sketches, I decided to try it :o)



For this layout I used Crate Paper (Zoom Collection), KaiserCraft black rhinestones, Swatch-Book Impress-ons (rub-ons) and Autumn Leaves journaling stamp. I am quite pleased with how this layout turned out.....and now I know how to get all those wallet-sized professional pictures put on ONE layout! :o)

Stamping Bella Challenge

Here is the Sketch from Stamping Bella

and here is my interpretation of it :o)

The stamp is giftabella with a hat and the paper is from the Basic Grey Lime Rickey collection (LOVE the colors!!), the image is colored with Copic markers and the ribbon is some random ribbon I had in my ribbon box, and the rhinestones on the ribbon are from Kaiser (another little embellishment that I love).

Challenges!

Well, now that Memorial Weekend is behind us and my DH is back to working "normal" work weeks I FINALLY have time to sit down and update the blog. I have a couple of cards I'll be uploading later on, but first I wanted to inform you of a couple challenges (who doesn't like a good challenge right?!?) :o)
The first challenge is over at Mojo Monday ~ they have a great sketch up and a wonderful cause that they are raising money and awareness for.
The second challenge is over at Stamping Bella ~ another sketch that is due by Thursday! So you have a couple days before that one is due :o)

Bikini Bella

Here she is! I made this card for the SCS Stamping Bella Challenge this week. I hadn't paper pieced before, but now that I've taken the plunge and done it ~ OH MY GOODNESS! I am addicted! I used BG paper to paper piece her bikini and the towel. I just love the look of cards when they have been paper pieced ~ it adds a little something to them :o)

Workin' Away!

I've been busy working on cards ~ 30 cards to be exact :o) I have four left to make and then this order will be complete.
Here are about 2/3 of the cards ~ all are stamped using stamps from Stamping Bella (Bellas, Kettos, Huggabuggs, etc), they are stamped on white Neenah paper with tuxedo black momento ink and colored using copic markers. Most of the cards have stickles on them and a few have Heidi Swapp, KaiserCraft, CTMH or MAMBI bling on them. The colored cardstock is bazzill and the patterned paper is probably just about every brand out there ~ LOL! I've been going through my "scrap" folders and using up some of the left-overs I have from making layouts for various albums.
