March Blog Hop at Scrapbook Place!

It is time for our monthly blog hop at Scrapbook Place. This month was "wild card" month, meaning you can create anything you want =)
If you came to my blog first, you are going to want to go back to Linda's fantastic blog and start from there. If you hopped here from Donna's creative blog you are on the right track.
So, since today is my sister's birthday ~ her golden birthday at that...27 years old on March 27th! And tomorrow is her hubby's birthday, I am featuring the cards I made for them =)

The first card is for my brother-in-law. He coaches high school football and baseball, but since baseball season just started this past month for him, I decided to get Kip out and make a card for my brother-in-law. (yes, in case you are wondering, those are what their baseball uniforms look like, and I drew a B on the orange hat, so it looks like their hats).
The card for my sister has one of my favorite girls on it ~ Bella! And of course since it was birthday, I got out some of my sparkly paper and got busy ~ I even paper-pieced a gift to add a little pizzazz to her card =)

~*~ DEETS for brother's-in-law card~*~
Stamp: Kip the baseball fairy
DP: Crate Sweet Branch
Ink: Memento Tuxedo ink, Copics (E00, E0000,Y23,RV11,R27.RV10, YR07,E37)
Embellishements: Star Dust Stickles.

~*~ DEETS for sister's card~*~
Stamp: Curly Surpriseabella
DP: The Paper Studio Birthday Extravaganza
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics (E00, BV02, E37, RV04, BG05, B95)
Embellishments: Bazzill "just the edge" cardstock.

Lindsy it is not often we see any male cards and you have chosen a really nice picture to use and make him unique to how you know him. Nice job on both cards.

Not sure if this is the place for comments on the two cards you made for your sister and brother-in-law. But, I don't see another area. Your cards were nice. I liked your ideas of creating more gifts for her to carry.
